Firstly mix ghee in rice.

Now boil the milk in medium flame. When the milk decrease it's quantity then add the rice and stir well.put the gas in low flame.

When the rice cook properly then add milkmaid or sugar and kaju. Mix well.

When the milk become thik then ur kheer is ready to serve.
