Firstly wash the rice,soak it and live it for 2hr

After two hours drain the water. You will see that the rice will look white

Then pour water in a pot cover the rice and start cooking,live the rice to cook 1hr 40mnt

To see the rice is done just pick one and mash it with you hand when it been soft that it melt mean that it done, but when it tiny in to pieces not done then add water small amount of water and continues cooking until it soft

Use mucciya(it specially made for mashing any kind of tuwo) mash the rice until it turn to tuwo

After finishing then start wrapping

Serve and enjoy with any kind of soup
