Cut matoke into small pieces

,cut the potatoes into cubes

Put a pot in a heat and fry onions until they turn golden brown

Add chopped bell pepper, grated carrots,tomato,salt,cabbage and potatoes mix well for 2 min

Add matoke and cover the pot for some min and cook until they are well cooked

The matoke are ready
