Ingredients

  • 250 gramskaju
  • 150 gramssugar
  • 250 mlwater
  • 50 gramsgulkand
  • For garnishingPista

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kaju in grinder and make a smooth powder

  2. 2

    Take water in a pan and put sugar in it

  3. 3

    Make syrup with half string consistency.

  4. 4

    Put kaju powder and make soft paste

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame and Keep it cool

  6. 6

    Grease your hand and make a soft dough with this paste

  7. 7

    Make a ball with this dough and stuff gulkand and make it kalash shape

  8. 8

    Garnish it with pista

  9. 9

    Kaju kalash is ready
