1/4 kgrice
4tspns cooking oil
to tasteSalt
1onion
3tomatoes
4diced carrots
Tomato paste
1Capsicum
1cucumber
3 cupswater

Heat cooking oil in a pan

Add the onions and salt,fry them to golden brown
3

Add the rest of the vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, capsicum, cucumber and simmer till tender

Add water and cover, when boiled and the rice then simmer
5

Serve when hot when ready and enjoy
