Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pav
  • Forbhaji
  • 2Big Potatoes
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • 1/4 cupWhite peas soaked and boiled
  • 1 cupCauliflower
  • 3/4 cupCabbage
  • 1/4 cupBeans
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum
  • 3Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2Onions finely chopped
  • 1 tspChopped green chilli and ginger paste
  • For garnishingLemon and chopped coriander
  • As per needed Pav bhaji masala
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspButter for bhaji and for roasting pav
  • 3 tbspOil for making bhaji

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut and boil all the veggies smash them nicely with laddle or wood smasher except tomatoes and onions boil white peas nicely and keep aside too.

    Chop the tomatoes and onions finely and keep aside

  3. 3

    Take oil or butter in kadhai Add tomatoes and then onions chopped green chillies and ginger paste.And cook till softens. Add pava bhaji masala.And cook till the oil comes out.Add the smashed veggies and white boiled pea and mix all the veggies and gravy nicely then add water and adjust the consistency cook till you feel the flavours of bhaji around u.

    Now take a tawa let it heat put some butter and then put pav on it. Press and roast till golden brown on both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with garma garam bhaji.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice.
