In a pan put 2 tbsp oil and keep on flame add garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies let it splutter add potatoes peas and spices, mix all and remove from flame. Let it cool add coriander leaves and onions chopped.Folding:
Make rotis using the dough cut in half, do filling in half roti then seal bringing up two edges and pinching, you will have other open side seal same way. - 2
Then deep fry on medium flame into golden brown colour.
