Ingredients

  1. 500 gplain flour
  2. 200 gicing sugar
  3. 200 gbutter
  4. 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve together the icing sugar and the flour

  2. 2

    Dice the butter into small cubes

  3. 3

    Rub the butter into the flour and sugar

  4. 4

    Add the eggs and work to a smooth pastry

  5. 5

    Cover and chill for atleast 20 minutes in the fridge
