  • 250 gmAtta (Whole Wheat Flour)
  • 1 teaspoonajwain/ carom
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonchopped methi patta/ fenugreek leaves
  • 3 tablespoonoil
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients make a tight dough.rest 15/20 minutes.after small ball and roll out.one fork in all roties top to poke medium flame oil fry one by one batch.golden in colour,serve pickle.
