  • 500 gramsMaida
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • To tasteSalt
  • For fryingOil

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take maida and add cumin powder, salt, hing and oil.Make tight dough and rest for 10 minutes and make small dough. Roll it and then make small and light puris and prick it with fork.

    Rest 10 minutes and fry.
