Now add finely chopped onion in tadka saute till onion becomes translucent now add Julien cut carrot saute for 4 to 5 minutes let the carrot cook now add tomato pieces saute 2 minutes add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder for colour..

Now add already roasted Suji into the mixture again roast all properly àdd 3 cup water mix all properly if required add more water.. add salt and sugar mix.. cover the pan and cook for 5minutes or till suji cooked.. Upma is ready to serve.
