Wash and chopped spinach...

Take a buttermilk add besan make a thin batter..

Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ajwain, methi daana, or hing Saute 1 minutes.. Add turmeric powder and chopped spinach...

Add kadi batter, keep cooking and heat on medium flame,and whisk every minute..or so till small bubbles start forming on top.....

Cook for 30 minutes, now add salt or red chilli powder mix well or coom for 5 minutes..

Take a pan add 1 spoon oil add cumin seeds 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and pour his over this kadi..

Spinach kadi is ready to serve with rice..
