Steps

Marinated the prawns with salt and turmeric powder for 20 mins.

Grind onion and crushed coconut.

Heat a pan add oil and fry the prawns.

Add dry red chilli and whole garam masala after 1 min add onion and coconut paste.cook for 5 mins.

Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli Cook for 7-8 mins.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri mirch powder cook for 5 mins. Now add coconut milk, fried prawns,salt and sugar. Mix well and cover.

Cook for 5 -7 mins lastly add garam masala powder. Put the gas off. Now prawn malaicurry is ready to serve.
