Nepali Jaggery Khajur

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee and mix well.

Add the jaggery syrup and knead into a stiff dough. Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a thick disc. Use a cookie cutter to cut into your desired shapes.

Heat ghee in a pan. Fry the shaped khajur pieces in the ghee until golden brown.

Nepali khajur is ready, made in my style.
