Steps

Peel, wash and grate carrots.

Now take a pan and put clarified butter/ghee and grated carrots in it. Now add sugar in it. It will all it's moisture immediately.

Dry up the moisture and add half of crushed mawa in it.

Mix well and switch off the flame. Garnish with nuts and rest of crushed mawa and serve.
