Steps

Take a kadhai, add 2tbsp of oil and add 5 phodan.

Now add potatoes, turmeric, salt and cover to cook for 5mins

Now add cauliflower, capsicum, sabji masala, green chutney, ginger garlic paste. Cover and cook till tender

Now add kasuri methi and red chilli powder. Cook for 5mins.

Now take it out in a casserole and garnish with coriander leaves.
