  • Beans
  • Maize
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook in the beans and maize till cooked

  2. 2

    After it has been cooked, fry the githeri into a sauce pan

  3. 3

    Fry the onions and the tomatoes add little oil let the tomatoes cook for a while,

  4. 4

    Add the githeri and let it cook, add parsley optional

  5. 5

    Correct the seasoning and serve wit avocado
