Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1chopped patato
  • 1sliced onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tspcumin and
  • 2 tbsrefined oil
  • 2 bowlwater
  • Some coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a rice washed and soaked for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    After that take a wok then add oil then oil heat add cumin seeds crackle then add patatoes and onion and peas,black pepper saute 2 minutes then rice and 2 bowl of water mix and cook

  3. 3

    Ready to healthy veg and garnish to coriander leaves.
