Ingredients

  1. Chicken wings as required
  2. Pepper
  3. Onions
  4. Chilli sauce
  5. Spices
  6. Seasonings
  7. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash wings and pat dry, marinate with oil, spices, seasonings and let it seat for 2hours

  2. 2

    Transfer to a pan and set on fire to stir fry

    In a separate pan, add some oil, blended pepper, onions, spices and seasonings, chilli sauce and cook for 10mins, add wings into sauce and serve hot
