1 poundbread
2big boiled and mashed potatoes
1medium size onion
2 tbspgreen chilli, ginger and garlic paste
Salt
1 tspoil
Chopped Coriander

Steps

1

Heat oil add chopped onion, fry till it changes colour
2

Add green chilli, garlic and ginger paste
3

Add coriander, salt and mix well
4

Remove sides of the bread and soak in water squeeze extra water add 1tbsp potato stuffing and give roll shape
5

Deep fry it in oil till golden brown
