Sieve the powdered wheat to get a fine wheat powder,add little cold water and mix well.

In a pot,add water and let it boil,add the wheat paste and stir continuously untill its thick,allow to summer then off the fire.

Tranfer in to a cup/jug/bowl, add sugar and milk(according to your taste),Its good for the nursing mothers and babies.
