Matinate the keema with salt, turmeric powder,red chilli Powder and curd for 1 hour

Now heat oil and temper shahi jeera bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 5
Add keema and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover
- 6
Keep the heat low and stir ocassionally to avoid sticking at the bottom

Now add red chilli,cumin powder and peas mix well
- 8
Add sugar and garam masala powder
- 9
Add ghee and slitted green chillies and serve with naan
