Steps

First, peel the potatoes &cut into square shape.

Blanch the potatoes for 5 mins into big pan not into cooker.

Heat the khadhai add 2 Cups oil light brown deep fry all the potatoes.

Heat the khadhai add 3 tsp oil add whole spices, onion,salt saute few mins add all powder one by one saute for few minutes add tomato puree saute for few mins,when oil separates add green pea saute again for few mins lastly,add potatoes cook for around 5 mins then add water cook for few mins.sabji is ready.serve it with chapati or zeera rice.
