Steps

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk with salt and red chilli powder to your taste.

Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp butter and allow it to melt.

Add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, and cook for 1-2 min.

Pour the egg mixture over the onion in the pan. Cook the egg for 1 min till it starts to set and place one slice of bread over it.

Cover with another slices of bread and press it with a spatula.

Now flip it and push the edges under the bread and cook for 1-2 min to cook both the sides.

Omlette is ready serve it.
