  • 4tomatoes
  • 1tspn crushed garlic and ginger
  • 1tspn garam masala
  • 1tspn black pepper
  • 1tspn curry powder
  • 11/2 kgpork

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the pork with salt,curry powder,garam masala and black pepper

  2. 2

    Once tender,fry it to golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onions,crushed garlic and ginger then saute

  4. 4

    Once browned,add tomatoes and simmer

  5. 5

    Serve when hot and enjoy
