Tuwon shikafa with miyar zogale(Moringa soup)
Steps

Wash and soak rice for about an hour(To make rice soft and easy yo cook)

Cook rice in your already boiled water

Smash it with your fingers to check whether its well cooked or not.If it is not too soft add excess warm water,until its soft

Use wooden turner and smash it until well soft and tender.

Use nylon bag to wrap it or spread a vegetable oil in a rounded container snd shape it

Serve with soup of ur choice

I serve mine with miyar zogale
