Sieves Maida baking powder and baking soda. Then in another bowl take curd, powder sugar and oil. Whisk it well

Then add the coffee, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Whisk it well.

Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients slowly and whisk well. Add little little milk. Use cut and fold method.

Mix all ingredients together. Now grease one tin and pour the batter. Tap it so there are no bubbles.

Bake it in an pre heated oven for 35-40 mins or till done on 180°c.

When done and cooled, spread the whipped cream, grate the chocolate and garnish with one piece of chocolate.
