Thepla Quesadillas
A mexican twist to a classic Gujarati dish.

Methi Theplas
Mix whole wheat flour, fenugreek, spices, chilli paste, garlic paste, white sesame and all the ingredients to make a dough.
Pinch small balls, flatten then and roll to make a flat discs. Cook them on a griddle using a little bit of oil. Stack them up in a hot case. - 2
Bean Filling
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and onions and cook till it becomes fragrant. Add the tomato and cook it till it becomes soft. Add the beans and all the other ingredients and cook.
