Steps

Take milk in a pan and boil on high flame until fully boiled.

Now keep the flame on low. Milk will boil slowly and cream will appear over milk. With help of spoon, keep cream one side of pan.

Continue this process until milk become 250 ml. Keep Kesar in 1 tbs milk and put the same in pan with milk & cream.

Add Sugar, Elaichi powder,chopped Kaju, Pista and badam.

Now take it out in a small bowl and garnish with dry fruits.Lacchedar Rabri is ready
