Mix all ingredients in a bowl except water and mix using your hands! Start adding hot water gradually use a wooden spoon to mix

Keep mixing with the wooden spoon until it cools now use your hands to make a soft dough

Cover dough with a wet kitchen towel and let it rest for 10mins

Pinch small balls from the dough dust with some flour

Flatten using a rolling pin then brush some oil on it

Roll it up

Fold it into a spiral this is to create perfect layers

Dust it with some flour

Flatten again using rolling pin

Heat pan and place it, brush oil on both sides it's ready when it has brown spots

Enjoy with any stew of choice
