Steps

Mix everything in a bowl apart from the water. Create a well in the middle and gently add the warm water.

Knead the dough till it comes together.. Move to a floured surface and hard knead till the dough softens and stops being sticky

Oil your bowl and let the dough proof till it doubles in size..

Once proofed, punch down the dough.. Pinch out some dough and roll it out into a strand/stick form

Using a sharp knife or razor, make some cuttings at an angle...

Apply some butter,and let it proof for the second time

Bake at 220 degrees C...for 30 minutes or till golden brown
- 8
Enjoy with a bowl of soup
