  • Soy sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Spices
  • Seasonings
  • Cornflour

    In a pan, add oil, add diced chicken and onions, spices, seasonings and stir-fry, add some hot water and soy sauce, add chilli sauce,add blanched broccoli and thicken with corn flour
