Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gmsthinly sliced potatoes
  • 5large tomatoes
  • 1chopped onions
  • 1 tbspgarlic crushed
  • 1 bunchparsley
  • 1big pilipili Hoho
  • Salt
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1chilli chopped
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend together ingredients of number 2-8.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil for deep frying the potatoes..

  3. 3

    Fry them until crisp..

  4. 4

    But your blended mix in a pan with 1/2 tsp of oil and let it cook for about 5 minutes..

  5. 5

    Reduce the Heat and let it cool down, use as a dip for the potato crisps. Enjoy
