Peelskin of Pointedgourd (do not throw skin) and cut in half cut1 potato in to cubes

Grind pointerdgourd skin and fresh dhaniya leaves fine paste

AddHeat oil in pressure cooker add jeera lahsun pinch of hing add pestn saute for 2 mini add grinder masala sautethen add potato cube and po gourd mix it add little water and cover lead heat and slow flame for 2 whisal open lead mix well ready to serva garnish fresh dhaniya hara lahsun and coconut
