Steps

Assemble all ingredients.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add pressed rice and mix well properly.

Keep stuffing aside.

Add all purpose flour in water. Mix well. Keep slury aside.

Now make Cone with samosa sheet as shown in pic.

Fill stuffing in Cone. Apply slurry on open edges. Seal it's edges.

Make all samosas in same process.

Place all samosas on baking tray. Brush oil on samosas. Preheat microwave for 10 minutes.

Keep baking tray in microwave. Bake samosas on convection mode for 15 minutes on 180°c until golden brown.

Remove tray out. Turn it's sides. Brush oil on bottom side. Again bake for 8-10 minutes.

Irani baked Samosas are ready to serve
