White sauce pasta is nothing but a silky smooth aromat sauce made with 3 main ingredients that is maida,butter and milk. Increase or decrease the amount of sauce with by modifying these main elements.and season according to your taste and spiciness you prefer. Mine is a moderately used pasta sauce mildly spiced. You must have the fresh pasta right away or if reheating then add some milk and heat to get the saucy texture again. Cheese gives a rich taste overall and if you want to enjoy more cheese add mozerrella too.

  1. 1/2 cupspiral pasta
  2. 1/2 cuppenne pasta
  3. 1/4 cupchopped spring onion greens
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  6. 1/2 tsppasta herb mix
  7. 1 tbspmaida
  8. 1 cupmilk or more
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped garlic
  10. 1 cubeamul cheese
  11. 1 cubemozerella cheese
  12. Pinchsalt
  13. 1sliced onion
  14. 1 tbspbutter
  15. To boil pasta :
  16. 1/2 litrewater to boil the pasta
  17. Salt as required
  18. 1 tspOil

Steps

    Boil the pastas in water with salt and oil for 7 to 8 minutes till al- dante

  2. 2

    Drain and keep aside. Heat a sauce pan with some butter.saute the onions. roast the maida.Add the milk whisking continuously.

  3. 3

    Add the spices and dilute more with some milk.Add the amul cheese and mix. Bring th sauce to required consistency now. If you want it more saucy add more milk and season accordingly now.

  4. 4

    The sauce is ready.Now add and toss the pasta in this sauce.add shredded mozerrela to the hot pasta and mix. Garnish wish spring onion greens and pasta herb mix.
