In mixing bowl add required ingredients for preparing methi stick.

Mix well, crumble mixture will formed.

Add little water to bind into tight dough.

Make 6 -8 equal portions. Roll into thick rounds. Cut into 1/2 "strips..2" long..prick each strips with fork.

Arrange them in baking tray.

Preheat oven at high 250C for 10 mins. Put the prepared baking tray in preheated oven.

Bake on high for 2-3 mins then on 180 C for 10 mins..flip them, again bake for 10 mins..till they are golden brown & crispy.

For coriander-mint- garlic chutney..Grind 2 green chillies,a piece of ginger,1 tbsp peanuts,,4-5 green garlic cloves,then add 1/4 cup mint,1/4 cup coriander leaves,1/2 lemon juice,1 tsp jaggery..grind to smooth chutney.

Serve/ Relish Baked Methi Sticks with spicy green coriander- mint garlic chutney.

Store Baked Methi Sticks in airtight container.
