Naan khatai
Steps

In a bowl, take ghee and sugar and beat it till get evenly fluffy. Keep aside.

Now in other bowl, mix maida, suji, besan, baking powder and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Now add this mix in ghee mixture and knead a soft dough. Don't use water to knead the dough. If needed the add 1 tsp milk.

Now make small balls out of the dough. Put chopped almond over it. Place it on a greased plate. Rest the balls for 10 minute.

Heat the cooker for 10 minute by putting sand or salt at bottom. Don't use whistle and gas kit or rubber.

Now place a ring or a bowl to rise the bottom of cooker.

Then place your plate carefully into the cooker. And put the lid back.

Cook it for 10 to 15 minute on medium flame.

Your naan khatai is now ready. Let it cool and keep it in an air tight container.
