Steps

Clean the gizzards and place.in a clean pot and add just enough water to.cover the gizzards and boil for 20minutes

Finely dice the onions

Dice the.tomatoes

Pour the gizzards in a separate sufuria.and use the same pot to fry the gizzards

Heat 2tablespoons of vegetable oil

Add the diced onions and saute' for 5 minutes

Add the tomatoes and stir

Saute' the tomatoes till they are mashy,add the spices and stir

Add the gizzards.and stir slowly,let the spices fuse into the gizzards for 5minutes..let it.sizzle

Sprinkle alittle salt and stir and finally add the broth that remained when boiling the gizzards

Let it.simmer for 15minutes...as it.reduces to make a thick sauce

Serve hot with Ugali,rice,chapati.
