Seperate the hard part from the soft edible part, wash and cut the soft one into tiny pieces and put in a blender, break dates and remove seed, wash it and add it to the coconut, add water and blend till smooth.

When done, filter with tiny holes cloth sieves and remove milk, allow to settle and turn into a bowl and it's ready for use. Enjoy with any beverage or use for coconut rice, or drink as prepared.
