  4. Pepper
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Onion
  7. 1knorr cube
  8. Chicken
  9. Black pepper
  10. Cinnamon powder
  11. Vegetable oil
  12. Jollof rice seasoning
  13. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pls follow same method for jollof rice in previous post and grilled chicken

  2. 2

    Diced,add little salt to the plantain n deep fry plantain

  3. 3

    Wash and sliced Cucumber

  4. 4

    Sliced n boil carrot with little water for 2minutes..

  5. 5

    Ready!
