Steps
- 1

- 2
In a deep pan add 2 cups of water,ajwaine,jeera,1 tspoon oil, salt, green chilli and grated ginger. Let it start boiling.
- 3
Mix well the rice atta and water preparation nicely with the help of beater.

Now on slow flame cook it for 5 minutes then place any flat tawa in bottom of the deep pan and cook more for 15 minutes. This is to be done so that the water content is mixed well with rice aata and so the aata doesn't stick on th bottom but is cooked well.
