Mix refined flour,salt and 2 tsp oil in a bowl

Knead a soft dough by adding water

Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes

Mash potatoes and mix salt,garam masala and gram flour

Make 8 finger sized kababs and deep fry in hot oil

Mix chat masala,onion and carrot together in a bowl

Mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce in another bowl

Cut cottage cheese in 32 long strips

Grill cottage cheese into a grilling pan by applying little oil on it

Divide the dough into 8 parts

Roll into a thin and big circle

Cook slightly from both sides

Cut kababs lengthwise in 2 parts

Apply mayonnaise sauce mix on a chapati

Put onion carrot mixture in middle and spread lengthwise

Keep 2 halves of kababs and 4 slice of cottage cheese lengthwise

Roll tightly

Cook slightly from both sides by applying butter on the pan

Roll into a aluminum foil and serve hot
