Steps

Cut paneer into small cubes. Add salt to paneer and fry lightly.

Now add 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onion,ginger,garlic,tomato one by one.

Cook until soft. Add chopped coriander leaves. Cook for 2 minutes. After cooling grind well. And keep aside.

Now add the rest of oil in a pan. Add whole garam masala. And take it out of oil. Add coriander leaves paste.

After 4 minutes add curd and fresh cream. After 2 minutes add cumin,coriander and garam masala powder, salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water.

Let it boil. Add paneer and after1 minute put off the flame. Ready to serve.
