Steps

Cut the meat, put in a cooking pot, add the ginger, add 100mls water, stir and put on the heat to boil till all the water dries and the meat is soft and tender.

In a different, put the Cooking oil and let it heat well. Add the garlic and let it cook for two minutes.

Now add your onions and capsicum, cook till they are soft.

Now add your tomatoes plus the Dhania, and cook till you get a gravy.

Now add your meat and mix well for five minutes.

Add the garam masala and the White pepper and mix well for another five minutes.

Now add 200mls of water (or less, as one wishes), mix well, add the pepper (whole) and the rosemary on top, don't stir and cover. Let it boil for another five minutes as you prepare your Ugali.

The stew is now ready.

Serve hot with Ugali and Vegetables of your choice.
