Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwheat flour
  2. 200 gmpanner (grated)
  3. 3cheese cubes (grated)
  4. 1onion (chopped)
  5. 2green chilli (chopped)
  6. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp grammasala
  8. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the wheat flour dough keep aside for 15 min.

  2. 2

    In a blow put grated panner and grated cheese and chopped onion and chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala, amchur powder, salt to taste and last carionder leaves

    Then mix the mixture properly

    Take a wheat dough and prepare round shapes and prepare roti in middle put ready panner mixture and prepare paratha

  5. 5

    Heat the tawa and put panner paratha and apply in ghee fry well

  6. 6

    The panner paratha is ready and serve with curd, tomato sauce, green chutney children's are liked very much...... panner paratha.......

  7. 7

    Then mix the mixture properly
