Ingredients

  • 1Brinjal sliced
  • 1/4pumpkin cut into slices
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • as neededoil

    Matinate the brinjals and pumpkin slices with salt,turmeric and sugar

    Heat oil and fry well

  3. 3

    Serve it with rice and daal or khichdi
