  • Palm fruit
  • Urhobo bangs spices
  • headCow
  • Fresh catfish

  • Salt
  • Crayfish
  • Periwinkle
  • Fresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the palm fruit, cook well very well until soft. Pound in a mortal and drain out the juice from the palm fruit into a pot

  2. 2

    Place on fire and allow to boil up for 15 to 20mins. Then add the blended banga soup spices to ur taste and the fresh pepper. Note, you must have washed your cow head and cooked it and also wash the catfish when your palm fruit was boiling.

  3. 3

    After adding the banga soup spices, u add the cow head meat, allow to heat up for 15mins, then Add the catfish and periwinkle, season cubes and Salt to taste. Allow to cool for 20mins. Your soup is ready.

  4. 4

    For the Eba, boil water 100 degree, pour the needed quantity in a bowl, add the Gerri and mix properly until smooth eating.
