Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds

Add onion,ginger,garlic paste and saute well

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder and mix

Add tomato and saute well
- 5
Add the purees mix well till it is thick
- 6
Add curd whisked with gram flour and mix well
- 7
Add sugar and mix well
- 8
Garnish with butter and serve
