  • as neededcumin seeds
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • To tasteGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan add oil. Put jeera add vegetables. Cover it. Cook till they soft

  2. 2

    Add salt tomatoes And ginger garlic paste. Cook till tomatoes r soft.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Haldi jeera powder dhania.garnish with coriander. Serve hot
